智能系统与控制技术研究团队，主要研究方向：非线性系统智能控制与滤波，网络化系统控制与优化，智能车辆系统的控制与应用，机电系统的故障诊断与容错。团队负责人常晓恒，博士、教授、博士生导师。目前担任三个国际期刊Associate Editor, Applied Mathematics and Computation (AMC, Elsevier), Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control (TIMC, Sage), International Journal of Control, Automation and Systems (IJCAS, Springer)以及一个国际期刊 Academic Editor, Mathematical Problems in Engineering (MPE, Hindawi)。多年来致力于非线性模糊系统、鲁棒控制、状态估计、网络化控制、电机运动控制等问题的研究，并取得了重要的、创新性的研究成果。截至目前，主持国家级课题3项、省级课题7项，其他课题1项；以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI、EI论文70 余篇，其中在IEEE Transactions 期刊发表学术论文18 篇，包括IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing、IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems 、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics 、IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems、IEEE Transactions Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs 等，并有多篇论文成为热点与高被引论文；在国际权威出版社Springer（施普林格）出版英文学术专著3 部，其中以独立作者出版专著2部；中国自动化学会（CAA）自然科学二等奖和辽宁省自然学术成果二等奖各1 项；已获授权发明专利7项。本团队目前有在读博士生7人，在读硕士生2人。
